We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Business Management.
Principal responsibilities
Drive planning and execution in all management task forces, eg. assist in managing and prioritizing the resource allocation across task forces; assist recruitment of FTEs and Interns; assist the local Learning and Development taskforce to plan and function based on business needs
Facilitate Data & Analytics budget and headcount planning and tracking
Act as a single point of contact for all management information needed by various teams across Data & Analytics, Global Analytics Centre and onshore business partners, etc.
Manage internal projects and external projects in an effective and efficient manner to support management and governance
Liaise with MCM Central and MCM Local regarding capacity management, growth planning and new migrations
Act as the representative to promote the brand and image of the Analytics Department
Requirements

Exceptionally strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to think creatively to drive innovative solutions
Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries
Strong communication skills, in particular the ability to produce high quality reports which are articulate and effectively deliver the right message to the recipients
Soft Skills requirements –
Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and develop end to end solutions.
Collaborate with partners across business groups, evaluate emerging techniques that may contribute to existing analytical capabilities and computational models
Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager including onshore business partners
Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is advantageous.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
