We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering .

Business: Wealth & Prem Solutions Tech

Principal responsibilities

  • Engage business and technology stakeholders, building strong relationships across multiple GBGFs.

  • Drive adoption of agentic AI platform.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and key milestones to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Translate business vision into requirements, leading the analysis of business challenges and identifying opportunities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, shape project scope, and develop a strategic delivery roadmap.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

  • Stay at the forefront of AI and agent advancements, adapting the agent framework to leverage evolving industry technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java.

  • Proven experience in AI and machine learning, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including LangChain.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A strong commitment to maintaining data privacy and security standards.

  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement, effectively articulating and influencing AI capabilities for both business and technology leaders.

  • Experienced in enterprise system integration, migration, and implementation, with practical knowledge of AI applications in financial services.

  • Familiar with Responsible AI controls, data governance, and compliance frameworks; AI project delivery experience is advantageous.
