We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering .

Principal responsibilities
Engage business and technology stakeholders, building strong relationships across multiple GBGFs.
Drive adoption of agentic AI platform.
Oversee end-to-end delivery, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and key milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
Translate business vision into requirements, leading the analysis of business challenges and identifying opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, shape project scope, and develop a strategic delivery roadmap.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Stay at the forefront of AI and agent advancements, adapting the agent framework to leverage evolving industry technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java.
Proven experience in AI and machine learning, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including LangChain.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A strong commitment to maintaining data privacy and security standards.
Proficient in stakeholder engagement, effectively articulating and influencing AI capabilities for both business and technology leaders.
Experienced in enterprise system integration, migration, and implementation, with practical knowledge of AI applications in financial services.
Familiar with Responsible AI controls, data governance, and compliance frameworks; AI project delivery experience is advantageous.
