Job Summary
The Senior Manager Associate Training is responsible for managing associate leadership and manager development, as well as managing technical training needs for the organization. Design, implement and deliver training activities directed at both associate leadership competencies and technical skills. This learning leader will support organizational learning needs and help facilitate, manage, and evaluate associate development classes, leadership development classes, technical or nontechnical training activities, and support eLearning delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support ongoing skill matrix for career path of critical positions. Provide timely (monthly) reporting for associate development.
Support, advance, and influence skills development for hourly and salaried associates with support from Operations and Quality teams.
Scheduling, and monthly reporting for salaried and hourly associates with English classes. Assign monthly EHS training in LMS and oversee in-person deliveries. Facilitate leadership development, technical training, and new hire onboarding via in-person deliveries in Mexico. Monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs.
Manages and supervises technical training associates and teams. Manage vendors, budgets, scholarship invoices, documentation, and provides learning reporting for associates and Acuity.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
Advanced English skills
Bachelor Degree
Over 6-8 years of experience in Training
Manufacturing environment experience
Leadership experience or leading a large project with multiple stakeholders
Strong people and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing associates and multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated expertise in SuccessFactors Learning LMS or similar with administration, including training assignments, reporting, and data governance.
Intermediate facilitation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience, deliver live learning activities, and manage complex learning needs.
Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform learning strategies and decisions.
Excellent presentation, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements
