HYBRID ROLE IN GUADALAJARA
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of robust software solutions using .Net technologies to meet business requirements.
Oversee the implementation of VB .Net .Net Framework and .NET 3.0 to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Provide technical expertise in C# .Net and ASP.NET Core Web API to enhance application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Entity Framework Core and .Net Core into existing systems.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain software quality.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth software operation.
Develop and maintain technical documentation to support software development processes.
Mentor junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with project managers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Implement innovative solutions to optimize software functionality and user experience.
Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements to existing systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development efficiency.
Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in .Net Programming-VB .Net and .Net Framework to deliver high-quality solutions.
Possess strong skills in .NET 3.0 and .Net Programming-C# .Net for effective software development.
Have experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and Entity Framework Core to build scalable applications.
Show expertise in .Net Core to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
Display strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field to support technical expertise.
