IBM Technical Business Analyst in GUADALAJARA, Mexico
Introduction
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Business Analyst to support documentation, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple projects. The ideal candidate excels at translating business requirements into clear documentation, facilitating communication between technical and non‑technical teams, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and clarity.
Your role and responsibilities
Documentation
· Document detailed meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive project documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process flows.
Ensure all documentation remains up to date and easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
Analysis
· Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into structured, actionable documentation.
Proactive Engagement
· Engage proactively with team members and stakeholders to gather required information.
Provide transparent updates on documentation progress and ensure alignment across teams.
Communicate effectively to maintain shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
Presentations
· Develop and deliver presentations to communicate project updates, technical details, and business insights.
- Create visually engaging and informative presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
Required technical and professional expertise
· Organizational Skills:
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Self‑Motivation:
o Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve issues proactively.
- Strong ownership mentality and proactive engagement with team members.
· Technical Writing:
o Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to convert complex ideas into clear, structured content.
- Strong command of documentation standards and best practices.

o Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
· Analytical Thinking:
o Ability to analyze workflows, processes, and data to support decision‑making and improvements.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Visio, or similar documentation and process‑mapping tools.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts.
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional technical teams (developers, QA, PMO).
