IBM Supply/Demand Senior Planner in GUADALAJARA, Mexico

Your role and responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Professional, you will perform cognitive and data analytics to provide data analysis and forecasts for business, supply, and demand requirements supporting supply chain and revenue targets.
The Demand Planner is responsible for the following key items:
· Accountable for the worldwide demand plan and strategy that support IBM's revenue objectives for our products.
· Analyze product inventory, historical shipments, weekly and daily load tracks, and other key customer consumption indicators to ensure demand volume accuracy
· Understanding of the end to end supply chain process relative to IBM’s products, specific product knowledge and application of statistical analytics in determining optimum production volumes.
· New product introductions planning in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.
· Drive continuous improvement and innovation
· Detailed analysis with large amounts of data using Data Science methodology to predict future shipment volumes behavior
Required technical and professional expertise
+4 years of experience in Supply Chain Roles
University degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. Engineering is preferred
Proven hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro (formerly Kinaxis RapidResponse), demonstrated through direct ownership or significant contribution to planning, analytics, or solution development within the platform
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands and willing to lead teams.
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Excel Level: Advanced
English Level: Advanced
Strong interpersonal collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
