IBM Senior Project Manager – ITSM & AI‑Enabled Delivery in GUADALAJARA, Mexico
Introduction
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead IT service-focused initiatives using ITIL and ITSM best practices. This role requires strong delivery skills and hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled project execution, including the ability to design, configure, and orchestrate AI agents to improve project visibility, reporting, service operations, and overall delivery efficiency.
Your role and responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end project delivery (scope, schedule, risks, dependencies).
Apply ITIL/ITSM frameworks across service operations, service transition, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (applications, infrastructure, vendors).

Build, configure, or integrate AI agents to support project and service‑management workflows, including:
Automated project status, reporting, and dashboarding
Action‑item tracking, task orchestration, and risk identification
Meeting summaries, documentation, and knowledge‑capture workflows
Budget tracking, forecasting, and delivery‑metric automation
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leadership across all project phases.
Required technical and professional expertise
Proven experience as a project manager in IT environments.
Solid working knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
Experience using, building, and configuring AI tools, agents, or assistants to support delivery and operations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience in infrastructure-related projects.
Basic to intermediate experience in financial management.
PMP certification.
