We are currently seeking a Remote Edi Developer to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

We are currently seeking a Production support Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position. You can work from any part of Mexico.

Will have AWS as primary skills (production support) and Database scripting (DB2, SQL) as secondary skills.

Day to Day job Duties:

• Experience of working on Healthcare Provider and Payer applications

• Deployments of codes across multiple platforms

• Job Monitoring and Status reporting. Analyze failures and take appropriate actions

• Ticket Analysis and resolutions

• Coordinate with Various streams for deployment planning

• Weekly Status reporting and coordinating with customers

• Server Patching and vulnerability resolutions

Basic Qualifications:

• SQL Scripting, Edifecs

• Strong Health care Payor Knowledge

• EDI transactions 835, 837, 834, 278, 270/271, 276/277

• ServiceNow

• 3 + years of experience in Production support

• Solid experience in application development and maintenance

• AWS (Lamda, Secret Manager, Cloud Watch, SQS, S3, Code Pipeline, Cloud Formation, Glue, EC2), FSX filesystem

Degree: Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have: (But not a must)

• Knowledge of Java would be looked forward to A sound understanding of the HAWKEYE tool would be a great advantage for the position

• AWS production support experience would be an added advantagePower cell and Pearl scripting

• Python/Node JS and IIS Services

• Snap Logic

• Jira
