Your role and responsibilities

As a Process Delivery Specialist: Record to Report, you will manage and oversee daily transactions related to the financial record-keeping process. You will ensure timely and reliable financial data delivery, enabling informed decision-making for clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Financial Transactions: Oversee and process daily transactions, including collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial information. This involves ensuring data accuracy and completeness to support financial reporting and decision-making. • Analyze Financial Data: Extract and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. This includes reconciling budgets, forecasting, and performing financial controls. • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records, including fixed assets management and financial reporting. This involves maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Deliver Financial Insights: Provide timely and reliable financial data to enable informed decision-making for clients. This involves understanding key performance indicators and communicating financial results effectively.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Data Extraction and Analysis: Exposure to extracting and analyzing financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Experience working with financial reporting, including maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Transaction Management: Exposure to managing and overseeing daily transactions related to financial record-keeping, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. • Financial Controls and Reconciliation: Experience working with financial controls, including reconciling budgets and forecasting. • Fixed Assets Management: Exposure to managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including fixed assets management.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Advanced Financial Analysis: Exposure to advanced financial analysis techniques, including data modeling and predictive analytics, to drive business insights and decision-making. • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Experience working with financial planning and budgeting tools, including forecasting and variance analysis, to support financial management. • Financial Systems and Tools: Exposure to financial systems and tools, including ERP systems and financial software, to support financial record-keeping and reporting.
