IBM Package Consultant - SuccessFactors Core HR in GUADALAJARA, Mexico

Your role and responsibilities

As an SAP SSFF Consultant, you will drive full-cycle Core HR implementations, partnering with clients to design, configure, and optimize their HR processes within SuccessFactors. You will transform business requirements into scalable system configurations, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and seamless integrations. This role combines deep functional expertise with strong client engagement and solution ownership.

Lead solution workshops and system configuration across EC modules.

Manage integrations, data migration, and reporting requirements.

Ensure compliance, security, and alignment with client HR processes.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Active Employee Central Core certification with at least 2 end-to-end implementations.

  • Strong expertise in EC foundations: data models (Corporate, Succession, Country-Specific), Foundation Objects, MDF/Generic Objects, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

  • Solid experience managing employee data (personal, job, compensation), Position Management, workflows, business rules, and event reason derivations.

  • Proven configuration skills including picklists, UI (People Profile, Page Layouts, Theme Manager), and country-specific/localization requirements (incl. global assignments).

  • Experience with integrations and data migration (Integration Center, imports/exports, CPI) and cross-module integrations (Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, etc.).

  • Strong reporting capabilities (standard reports, Ad Hoc, People Analytics).

  • Knowledge of security, compliance, audit, and data privacy (e.g., GDPR), plus ability to tailor solutions to client-specific HR processes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Experience in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshooting during implementation.

  • Go-live & hypercare support, including training and change management.

  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors release management and continuous improvement practices.

  • Strong client-facing communication and collaboration with technical teams for complex integrations.
