RGP Operation Global Lead Source to Pay (S2P) in Guadalajara, Mexico
We are seeking a Regional Operations Lead to oversee and strengthen our end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) operations across the region. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless procurement processes, efficient invoice management, and timely payments, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
As a key point of contact for stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams, you will play a critical role in optimizing workflows, resolving escalations, and enhancing the overall efficiency and scalability of the S2P function. This position requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, ERP systems, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Act as the primary point of contact for all S2P-related operations, handling escalations, exceptions, and operational queries from internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end S2P process, from requisition to payment.
Resolve operational issues such as blocked invoices, urgent payment requests, and GR/IR discrepancies.
Lead regular operational meetings and provide support and guidance to requisitioners, budget owners, and controllers.
Manage vendor and internal tickets, coordinate supplier interactions, and support vendor onboarding and verification processes.
Drive process improvements through root cause analysis, identification of bottlenecks, and implementation of standardized workflows.
Support and promote automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of S2P operations.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
Lead and develop a team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

It is important to note that this role is 100% on-site and limited to Guadalajara
8+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or shared services operations.
Proven experience managing stakeholders and leading operational teams.
Strong knowledge of procurement and ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or Ivalua.
Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including purchasing, invoicing, and payments.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations and complex operational issues.
Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
