Your role and responsibilities
An Application Developer with expertise in Pega is responsible for designing and implementing Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Business Applications, and Rules within the BPM Suite. They also integrate the BPM suite with supporting applications and have extensive experience using Pega PRPC and the Pega framework. The developer is proficient in the Pega implementation cycle, including tool installation, business application and rules development, business process modeling, testing, and deployment. They should have a basic understanding of the BPMS methodology and the main features of BPMS workflow capabilities. Additionally, they design and develop complex BPM application interfaces with Mainframe, web, and client server-based legacy systems, utilizing their business and technical knowledge to analyze programs/applications/systems and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Required technical and professional expertise
Pega Platform Proficiency: A deep understanding of the Pega Platform
Decisioning and Rules: Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and optimizing decision models and rules within Pega CDH using Pega's Rules Authoring Tool.
Pega CDH Knowledge: Familiarity with the Pega Customer Decision Hub
English B2/C1
Preferred technical and professional experience
Interface and User Experience Design: Skill in designing user-friendly interfaces and experiences for Pega applications
Data Management: Strong data management skills, including understanding of data models, data integration, and data quality principles
