Job Description:
HR Representative
Location: Groveport, OH - position is onsite
Pay: $24-30/hr - weekly pay on W2
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Duration: Start ASAP - contract to hire opportunity
Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding / Offboarding within HR system.
- Site tour on first day.
- Communicating with different staffing agencies.
- Keeping up with stock of office supplies.
- Scheduling team lunches.
- Helping handle HR related issues as they come up between employees.
- Keeping up with R2v3 compliance & TAPA. (Trainings/Logs)
- Get OSHA certified to handle batteries
- "Own" the Universal Waste Area (Batteries).
- Monthly safety trainings.
- Safety Committee meetings.
- Fire extinguisher / spill kit / first aid kit checks.
- Lock-Out-Tag-Out checks.
- All chemicals are in SDS binder.
