We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team building custom docks from start to finish. This is a hands on role where employees contribute across multiple areas of production, not just one specific task.

Pay

$15.00 per hour

What Makes This Job Different?

  • Team members support multiple parts of the build process

  • Welders also assist with general labor and assembly

  • Work on fully custom-built docks, not pre-made kits

  • Be involved from fabrication through final assembly

What You’ll Do

  • Weld, fabricate, and assemble dock components

  • Assist with general labor tasks as needed

  • Support custom dock builds from start to finish

  • Help with installation of features like electrical and water systems

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Work as part of a team to complete high-quality builds

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work in a hands-on, physical environment

  • Welding experience is a plus

  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools preferred

  • Team-oriented and safety-conscious

About the Work

  • Docks are manufactured in-house in Grove, Oklahoma

  • Every dock is custom-built to customer specifications

  • Backed by strong workmanship and long-standing industry experience

  • Must have your own welding helmet

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
