We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team building custom docks from start to finish. This is a hands on role where employees contribute across multiple areas of production, not just one specific task.
Pay
$15.00 per hour
What Makes This Job Different?
Team members support multiple parts of the build process
Welders also assist with general labor and assembly
Work on fully custom-built docks, not pre-made kits
Be involved from fabrication through final assembly
What You’ll Do
Weld, fabricate, and assemble dock components
Assist with general labor tasks as needed
Support custom dock builds from start to finish
Help with installation of features like electrical and water systems
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work as part of a team to complete high-quality builds
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a hands-on, physical environment
Welding experience is a plus
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools preferred
Team-oriented and safety-conscious
About the Work
Docks are manufactured in-house in Grove, Oklahoma
Every dock is custom-built to customer specifications
Backed by strong workmanship and long-standing industry experience
Must have your own welding helmet

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
