Job Description Overview BlueWater Federal is looking for a Network Engineer-Provisioning to support DISA operations in the Columbus, Ohio area. Responsibilities Responsible for initial customer interactions and follow-through of service orders. Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications request. Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry. Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear. Qualifications 2+ years of military or commercial experience in a communications field or an applicable technical discipline Must have an active Secret clearance Associate's degree is preferred May require mandatory schedule change based on operational requirements, resulting in a swing shift/second shift schedule (Example: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) BlueWater Federal Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
