We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Electrician to support the electrical needs of our manufacturing facility in Grove city, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, machinery, and controls to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, motors, control panels, sensors, and automated systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and components.

• Support production teams by ensuring equipment uptime and reliability.

• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on equipment upgrades and new installations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, calibrations, and inspections.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in noisy, hot, or dusty environments.

• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders for extended periods.

• Also needs capabilities to support mechanical work in case of breakdown of machine

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Electrical Technology preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an industrial or manufacturing electrician.

• Valid Ohio electrician license (if required by local jurisdiction).

• Proficiency with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), VFDs, and HMI systems.

• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems (480V 3-phase power, control circuits, motor controls).

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed.
