Genesis10 is seeking a Delivery Director for a full-time position supporting a major financial services client located in Columbus, OH. Pay Range: $80k - $100k/year with strong commissions opportunities beyond Summary: Genesis10's Delivery Director role offers a unique mix of consulting, solution development, staff management, sales, and operational leadership. We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the successful delivery of technology and business consulting engagements, serving as the primary onsite delivery partner for a large financial institution in Columbus, Ohio. This role serves as the strategic and operational point of delivery excellence-driving project outcomes, building client and internal trust, managing consulting teams, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple internal and client workstreams. In addition to supporting our flagship financial services client, this role may provide delivery leadership for a portfolio of other local, regional, and national clients as needed. Location/Travel: Regular onsite presence in Columbus (3-4 days per week typical; subject to client needs) with occasional travel to other client sites. Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Management Serve as the day-to-day onsite delivery leader for a large financial institution client in Columbus. Manage relationships with client stakeholders, procurement offices, consultants, and recruiters. Establish trusted advisor status by understanding client business priorities, constraints, and delivery expectations. Support identification, qualification, and submission of candidates. Facilitate ongoing communication between client executives, internal teams, and engagement leadership. Proactively identify revenue expansion opportunities through continuous value delivery. Delivery Leadership Oversee the full project lifecycle across multiple concurrent engagements-from planning and scoping through execution, quality assurance, and closeout. Ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations for quality, timeliness, and value. Develop and maintain delivery plans, resource allocations, financial tracking, and risk/issue management processes. Team Management & Coaching Serve as the first point of contact for Genesis10 consultants engaged with clients. Mentor team members and promote a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and client-centricity. Facilitate onboarding and performance management of consulting resources. Strategic Planning & Practice Support Partner with internal leadership on account planning, capability alignment, and long-term account growth. Contribute to delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Support pre-sales activities including SOW development, delivery scoping, proposal development, and client presentations. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in consulting delivery, program management, or technical engagement leadership. Consulting experience as both a consultant and consultant staff manager (preferred). Sales experience including RFP responses, proposal development, and price negotiation. HR experience including interviewing, staff management, performance resolution, and salary management. Strong understanding of consulting delivery models, project governance, and change management. Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream engagements for enterprise clients, preferably within highly regulated industries such as financial services, banking, or insurance. Demonstrated ability managing onsite client relationships and driving stakeholder alignment. Ability to translate client needs into actionable next steps.
