All Star Power Excavation LLC Junior Project Manager in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Construction team to improve infrastructure while working remotely. MDOT experience is highly preferred. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the estimator with daily tasks including, ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, processing purchase orders, keeping track of job site materials and quantities, assisting with project bids and weekly job site visits. Typical responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing project plans and specifications
- Conduct field inspections and maintain work item quantities
- Prepare construction reports
- Maintain project files and record drawings
- Assist with preliminary project cost estimates and evaluate quantities
- Assist with/review scope, budget and schedule of new project tasks
- Assist in the preparation of proposals
- Assist Project Managers
- Attend client, public, project and staff meeting including plan review, and preconstruction
- Maintain excellent client relations
- Maintain a safe working environment
This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is permitted, but must be available during the standard work hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is a remote position, with required weekly job site visits.
