E2 Management Solutions Production Supervisor in Gregory, Michigan
The job:
Small, established metal finishing shop with strong automotive focus seeking hands-on Production Supervisor (Day shift). This is a working leadership role, where the shop is your domain. You will manage daily production, oversee 10 employees, enforce safety standards, track inventory, troubleshoot machines, and support your team. This role requires a critical thinker who leads from the front, takes ownership of operations, and ensures production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support production team, maintain safety atandards and compliance, track production output, maintain inventory levels, troubleshoot machinery and resolve shop floor issues, meet quality standards, communicate with owners and team members.
Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing experience, or small shop supervisory experience, safety focused mindset, hands-on leadership style, strong analytical and problem solving skills, adaptability, basic computer skills, inventory and production tracking experience. *Metal finishing or deburring experience a plus.
Compensation:
$50,000-$60,000 plus overtime, paid holidays, PTO, quarterly profit sharing bonus opportunity, high level of autonomy.
