Our client seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive end-to-end shipping, logistics, and procurement coordination within a PMO. The role requires disciplined organization, cross-system data tracking, and issue resolution across Jira, SAP, and Excel. The position also supports release management and intake coordination to reduce burden on program managers and improve operational efficiency. The work occurs in a fast-paced environment with significant responsibility and visibility.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Own and manage the end-to-end process from intake → procurement → shipment → delivery.
Track and reconcile data across Jira, SAP, and Excel trackers.
Monitor purchase orders, shipments, and inventory movement to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate closely with finance and procurement stakeholders.
Gather, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources into structured trackers.
Initiate and manage ticketing workflows required to move equipment to deployment sites.
Identify and resolve process issues such as incorrect codes, missing data, and delays.
Prevent delays that could impact project timelines or create financial risk.
Assist with coordination of software and hardware releases across engineering teams.
Support planning, testing, and implementation activities for releases.
Help manage competing priorities between project work and release cycles.
Support and help manage centralized intake of project requests and standards adherence.
Track incoming demand and maintain visibility into the project pipeline.
Partner with PMs and stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and flow.
Experience Requirements:
Strong organizational and data management skills.
Ability to work across multiple systems and datasets simultaneously.
Experience operating in manual, process-heavy environments.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to connect fragmented processes and improve efficiency.
Proficiency in Excel including filters, sorting, basic formulas, and pivot tables.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira.
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP (preferred).
Experience with shipping, logistics, or procurement coordination (preferred).
Experience in PMO or project coordination settings (preferred).
Experience in telecom, infrastructure, or hardware deployments (preferred).
Ability to operate independently with limited oversight.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication skills across levels of the organization.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with high ownership.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
