Are you ready to lead the charge on groundbreaking AI projects that shape the future of the company? We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our innovative team and drive highly visible initiatives with cutting-edge technologies.
Location/Onsite Requirement: Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week in Greenwood Village, CO
Compensation: depending on experience/skill set match is between $45-55/hr

What You'll Do As our Project Manager you will:
- Coordinate multiple projects, maintaining focus on the highest priority initiatives.
- Use Jira, Confluence, and other tools to track progress and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
- Foster strong partnerships with Product Owners and development teams.
- Manage dependencies, anticipate risks, and keep projects on track in a fast-evolving environment.
- Offer concise updates and insight to senior leadership, ensuring transparency every step of the way.
- Champion agile methodologies, prioritizing flexibility as project needs evolve.
Who You Are We're looking for a candidate with:
- Experience: 2--5 years of PM experience, ideally leading software engineering projects.
- Technical Tools: Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian products.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability: A proactive mindset ready to tackle shifting priorities in stride.
- Nice to Have: Technical background to bridge gaps between teams.
