We're Hiring: Project/Program Manager
Duration: Long term, open ended contract
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Onsite Requirement: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week
Compensation: $60-70/hr

Our clients team owns all data related to several of our core products --- and we're looking for a Project/Program Manager to help drive delivery across a large, fast-moving portfolio of initiatives.

You'll help orchestrate 30+ concurrent projects within each planning increment, ensuring teams stay aligned, blockers get removed, and the business gets the clarity it needs to move fast. What you'll own
75% Project/Program Management
- Drive execution across a large portfolio of technical and software-development initiatives
- Manage cross-functional delivery, dependencies, and timelines
- Keep teams aligned and informed through crisp communication, status decks, and stakeholder updates
- Partner closely with engineering, analytics, and product teams
25% Process Improvement
- Evaluate existing processes holistically --- identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to streamline
- Bring forward ideas confidently and collaborate with leadership to test and refine improvements
- Help mature the team's operational rhythm without introducing unnecessary complexity
What you bring
- 5+ years of true project/program management experience supporting technical or software development teams
- Proven success managing large, complex portfolios with many concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of the SDLC from a project-execution perspective
- Advanced Jira expertise --- dashboards, epics, ticket flows, and keeping a pulse on a high-volume environment
- Exceptional organization and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
- Experience driving delivery across cross-functional teams
- points for exposure to analytics, ETL, reporting, Tableau, or interest in AI
