Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician II:
Provide standard desktop support, ensuring high energy and customer engagement
Set up and manage conference rooms, including audio-visual equipment
Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating a customer care philosophy that ensures high satisfaction
Understand user and business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Maintain knowledge of current IT technical standards related to computers, printers, network technology, drivers, software troubleshooting, and other related peripherals
This is a 1-year contract position
An Associate's Degree in a related field of study with 2 or more years of relevant experience is required. Relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Required Skills for IT Support Technician II:
Proven experience in Desktop Support
Experience in a Government or DoD space is a plus
Proficiency in Network troubleshooting, AV, and Conference room Setup
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with end users
Demonstrated ability to work in a team, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive team environment

Compensation Details: $32.41/hr W2
