Enrollment Specialist

We are looking for a Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This is a contract-to-permanent position within the detail-oriented services industry, offering an opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth credentialing processes for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with healthcare credentialing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and submit both paper and electronic forms related to payor credentialing.

• Complete contracting credentialing requests with precision and adherence to assigned deadlines.

• Coordinate with Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to collect necessary licensing and documentation.

• Track and manage credentialing workflows using company-provided software tools.

• Safeguard confidentiality while maintaining up-to-date company information.

• Conduct research, compile data, and create detailed reports as required.

• Participate in special projects and handle additional tasks as assigned.

• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare credentialing is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid processes is highly desirable.

• At least one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Ability to gather and analyze data to produce accurate reports.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute to handle data entry tasks efficiently.
