Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Admissions Specialist:
Provide Contact Center-based support via phone, email, fax, and web to facilitate placement requests for patients choosing our client's dialysis services
Utilize tools and resources associated with our client's Guest Services to facilitate patient placement
Contribute to the knowledge databases of our client's Guest Services
Adhere to and contribute process improvement ideas to the team
Build and establish strong relationships with hospitals through excellent service delivery
Required Skills for Admissions Specialist:
Ability and willingness to learn required programs
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients and teammates
Excellent customer relationship and inter-company network building skills
Ability to empathize with patients, their family members, caregivers, customers, and teammates under stressful circumstances while remaining focused on business goals
Attention to detail and relentless follow-through
Receptiveness to constructive feedback and development

Compensation: $20.75/hr
