Hours:6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday (Overtime 2-3 Fridays a month)\ \ Ready to build products that truly make a difference? In this hands-on role, youll work with tools, blueprints, and a supportive team to assemble high-quality products in a clean, fast-paced environment. Dont miss this associate to hire opportunity for a company in Greenwood, MO.\ \ Assembly Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\ - Assemble and test production units using hand and power tools\ - Follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and procedures\ - Calibrate assemblies to meet tolerances and product specifications\ - Operate drill presses, punch presses, and other production equipment\ - Align and connect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic components\ - Install and test moving parts such as shafts, gears, and bearings\ - Perform drilling, tapping, grinding, and fitting of parts\ - Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues\ - Maintain production schedules to meet daily output goals\ - Pack finished products and prepare pallets for shipment\ - Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards)\ - Report part shortages and assist in maintaining inventory levels (kanban)\ - Train and support team members as needed\ - Perform additional duties as assigned\ \ Assembly Technician Requirements:\ - High school diploma or GED\ - Ability to read and write in English (bilingual a plus)\ - Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred\ - Comfortable standing in a small workspace for 10-hour shifts\ - Ability to lift 50-70 pounds consistently\ - Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
