Assembly Worker Job Responsibilities:
Assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical components using hand tools and blueprints
Troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass inspection
Inspect and maintain assembly and test equipment according to engineering standards
Safely move materials to and from workstations
Follow all safety guidelines and quality procedures
Assembly Worker Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and follow blueprints or work instructions
Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments
Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is a plus
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and meet production goals
