Job Description :

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will support Cash Application with the transitioning of an acquired entity to the organization, attributing to the knowledge transfer and implementation of processes/procedures related to the Visual system.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Attend meetings to gain an understanding of the Visual system.

  • Document processes and procedures and detail possible improvements for processes and procedures in relevant debriefs.

  • Work with the AR Services Manager and Supervisor to ensure that established deadlines are met.

  • Advise of any discovered issues in a timely manner.

  • Be prepared to suggest resolutions/processes that may assist in improving the efficiency of the task at hand.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Strong background in Cash Application

  • Familiarity with banking lockbox preferred

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume workload

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal

  • Analytical Skills

  • Detail oriented with understanding of end-to-end processes

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
