Job Description :
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will support Cash Application with the transitioning of an acquired entity to the organization, attributing to the knowledge transfer and implementation of processes/procedures related to the Visual system.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Attend meetings to gain an understanding of the Visual system.
Document processes and procedures and detail possible improvements for processes and procedures in relevant debriefs.
Work with the AR Services Manager and Supervisor to ensure that established deadlines are met.
Advise of any discovered issues in a timely manner.
Be prepared to suggest resolutions/processes that may assist in improving the efficiency of the task at hand.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
High School Diploma/GED
Strong background in Cash Application
Familiarity with banking lockbox preferred
Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Analytical Skills
Detail oriented with understanding of end-to-end processes

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
