We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality, precision parts.
Responsibilities
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and CAD models.
- Machine Setup: Prepare CNC machines with correct tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Programming: Input and adjust CNC programs based on job specifications.
- Operation: Run CNC lathes, mills, and other equipment to produce parts to exact tolerances.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to ensure quality.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
- Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and tool replacements.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and fellow machinists to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
