·[ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, toasters, brewers, ice makers, dispensers, coolers/freezers, HVAC, exhaust fans/systems)]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
·[ Service refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and plumbing components]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
·[ Perform preventative maintenance to avoid downtime]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
·[ Work closely with kitchen staff and management to prioritize repairs]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
