A school bus driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school and related activities. The role requires strong driving skills, adherence to traffic laws, and the ability to maintain order and safety on the bus.
Key Responsibilities
Transport students safely to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting for traffic or weather conditions.
Assist students boarding and exiting the bus, including those with special needs.
Maintain discipline and order on the bus, ensuring a respectful and safe environment.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure mechanical safety.
Report incidents or mechanical issues to school administrators or transportation staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger and school bus endorsements.
