. Project Planning and Execution: • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Keep project management software up to date, ensuring that time and material records are accurate. • Ensure that project change orders are identified and communicated to management team. • Assist with measuring and communicating construction rates. 2. Safety Compliance: • Ensure all job site activities are performed safely and adhere to company processes, the company safety manual, and industry safety standards. • Report all safety incidents on the same day they occur. Provide feedback to the team about the incident, identify issues, and outline strategies to prevent future occurrences. 3. Team-Personnel Management • Acknowledge accomplishments aligned with company values to drive culture. • Hold team members accountable and console on opportunities to improve. • Participate in team member reviews. 4. Problem Solving: • Identify and address any constraints promptly to keep projects on schedule and within budget. 5. Conflict Resolution and Documentation: • Address personnel issues and provide conflict resolution when necessary. • Ensure that all personnel issues are documented promptly and discussed with management. 6. Documentation and Reporting: • Ensure CompanyCam is updated with progress, work-in-progress (WIP), and completion photos of all major project steps. • Update Knowify with details of time, materials used, and expenses related to softscaping tasks. • Ensure all pesticide applications meet MDARD record keeping standards.
