Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Control Specialist to join their team. As a Production Control Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting inventory management and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20.00- $25.00

What's the Job?
Manage and oversee all inventory control activities, including investigating, analyzing, and resolving supplier quality issues.
Conduct audits, analyze defect trends, and lead continuous improvement projects related to supplier control.
Capture variance and investigate abnormal trends between SAP inventory data and physical counts to identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
Collaborate daily with quality, production, shipping, and material departments to optimize inventory flow and accuracy.
Review product specifications and work-flow analyses to guide production staff and ensure manufacturing quality standards are met.
What's Needed?
Experience with inventory management systems, particularly SAP and WMS.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes of issues.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and statistical process control (SPC) methods.
Ability to develop and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and flow.
