Westmoreland County Housing Authority Maintenance custodian in Greensburg, Pennsylvania
The MAINTENANCE CUSTODIAN will be required to perform the skills listed below, in a reasonable length of time, but no limited to the following:
Must have a valid PA driver's license.
Must be able to follow instructions from his/her supervisors.
Must have the ability to learn more advanced skills as pertaining to the Maintenance Laborer Level.
After training and certification, apply pesticides.
General painting skills.
General Cleaning.
Sweep, mop, wax floors.
Wash walls.
Minor wall repairs.
Remove trash.
General grounds keeping (e.g. digging, weeding, lawn care and snow removal).
Paint.
Replace furnace filters.

Replace Light bulbs.
Replace broken electrical cover plates.
Be able to use measuring devices
Must have the ability to set-up and work off of ladders.
Must be able to operate equipment, such as, lawn care and snow removal equipment, vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, etc.
Operate small utility trucks and similar types of vehicles.
Must be able to fill out all associated paperwork affiliated with the job, such as, daily log, work orders, etc.
Performs any and all other duties as assigned by the Area Supervisor, Physical Operations Director, Deputy Executive Director, or Executive Director.
