Lead Restoration Technician
- Location: Greensburg, PA
- Pay: (based on experience & certifications)
- Schedule: Daylight hours with rotating on-call weekends
Lead Restoration Technician -- Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage water damage restoration projects from start to finish
Supervise and train technicians on mitigation techniques and safety
Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation
Monitor moisture levels and manage drying equipment
Maintain job documentation (photos, readings, notes)
Communicate with customers and coordinate with insurance adjusters
Ensure compliance with IICRC standards
Participate in rotating on-call emergency services
Lead Restoration Technician -- Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
IICRC certifications required: WRT, ASD, AMRT
2--3 years of water damage restoration experience
Leadership experience preferred
Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability (nights/weekends as needed)
Must pass drug screen and background check
