ManpowerGroup Supply Planner in Greensboro, North Carolina
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and supply chain solutions, is seeking a Supply Planner to join their team. As a Supply Planner, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Supply Chain Management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Supply Planner
Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay Range: $33-55/hr
Shift: 8am - 4:30pm
What's the Job?
Support day-to-day supply planning and execution to ensure material availability aligned with production and demand requirements.
Partner closely with manufacturing, procurement, and planning teams to manage supply plans effectively.
Monitor inventory levels and resolve supply constraints to maintain optimal stock levels.
Assist in stabilizing and improving short-term supply performance through independent operation within established processes and systems.
Support service and cost objectives by ensuring timely and accurate supply chain activities.

Ability to operate independently within established planning processes and systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Basic understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
