JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivers SAP solutions that support business requirements while adhering as closely as possible to SAP standard functionality.
Configures business processes using SAP customizing tools and designs integrations or enhancements as needed.
Serves as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding solution requirements in an application management environment.
Supports the SuccessFactors Benefits implementation within the United States.
Provides functional expertise within SuccessFactors modules including Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation.
Translates HR business requirements into technical and functional SAP solutions.
Performs system configuration and parameterization to meet business needs.
Facilitates change management activities including application maintenance, improvements, and issue resolution.
Collaborates closely with Digital Product Area Owners, Digital Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to enhance and support applications.
Leads workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and align on solutions.
Supports knowledge transfer initiatives and promotes collaboration across global teams.
Works with cross-functional stakeholders including key users, super users, development teams, business analysts, and project managers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive experience as an SAP SuccessFactors IT Consultant.
Strong expertise in SuccessFactors modules including Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and their translation into SAP technical solutions.
Experience configuring and customizing SAP solutions using SAP tools and best practices.
Proven experience supporting Benefits implementations in the U.S.
Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Experience working in an application management and support environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to delivering solutions.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
