Position: The purpose of the Seasonal Guest Experience Coordinator is to host and support the guests needs in the Wilderness Outpost including the creation and serving of beverages such as coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

The Primary Functions are:
Prepare and serve beverages for our guests
Assist in daily cleanliness duties of the Wilderness Outpost and beverage station
Understanding of the menu of beverages offered
Ability to assist guests with retail point of sale transactions
Keep up-to-date knowledge on all allergens, alternative preparations, and specials; Communicate food restrictions to Guest Experience team.
Converse with the guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and fulfill special guest requests as instructed by leadership or the guest directly
Ensure confidentiality of guests before and throughout their stay
Assist with guest service issues accurately and promptly; Communicate effectively withWilderness Outpost leadership teamtoassist
Maintain up-to-date awareness of Resort information and amenities
Work in collaboration with guest experience coordinators, retail team members, and activities guides.
Maintain cleanliness of the Wilderness Outpost public areas
Support front of house and back house food service in the Wilderness Outpost
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures

Display hospitality and professionalism to our guests and team members at all times.
Take pride in representing Paws Up professionally with our guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Resort team members to foster and promote a positive working environment
Always maintain a clean and neat appearance
Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner
Looking for Team Members with
High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
Previous food & beverage experience preferred
Exceptional listening and communicating skills
Valid State Driver’s License
Knowledge of coffee, basic espresso drink recipes preferred
Availability to work on weekends and/or holidays
Proficient ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and prioritizing workload throughout the day
Has a friendly and professional manner under periods of high demands and with guest, team members, and management
