Neovia Logistics Warehouse Lead 2nd Shift in Greenfield, Indiana
JOB SUMMARY
Serves as a critical link between upper management and floor staff, translating operational goals into daily execution. Leads and supports front-line teams to ensure high-volume online order demands are met with accuracy, efficiency, and speed. Oversees the shipment and receipt of goods across multiple locations, ensuring inventory movement is timely, compliant, and well-coordinated. Promotes clear communication, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Ecommerce experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment
Demonstrates ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities at once.
Applies and leads the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment and supplies.
Demonstrates and leads work from a variety of source documents to verify quanties, parts, destinations and timing.
Utilizes and leads the uses of machines for weighing, banding, wrapping and packaging.
Displays and leads the use, safe operation and servicing of mechanical, motorized and or electrical equipment in the facilities work environment.
Maintains and leads the performance of specialized clerical and documentation duties.
Demonstrates and leads in other duties as assigned by management.
Experiences on Order Picker or Stand-up Forklift (preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years' relevant experience
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to read/write and interpret documents
Warehouse experience preferred
Logistics experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
