Job Title: Utility Worker

Job Description

A manufacturer located in the eastern Indianapolis region is seeking a diligent Utility Operator to join their team on the 1st shift. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing area, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area.

  • Remove trash and dispose of it appropriately.

  • Break down boxes and dispose of them.

  • Sweep and clean the manufacturing area.

  • Operate the floor cleaner to keep floors spotless.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in general labor and janitorial tasks.

  • Proficiency in trash removal, cleaning, and sweeping.

  • Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Utility Worker is advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
