Tennessee Signs and Graphics, LLC Sign Maker in Greeneville, Tennessee
What we are specifically looking for is someone with:
- The drive to get fully immersed in partnering in ramping up this business
- 3+ years of hands-on sign-making experience
- Graphic design experience, specifically in the Adobe suite or similar, preferred
- Experience with RIP software, preferred
- Color management and matching experience
- Broad range of Installation experience (surface application, wraps, monuments, channel letters, dimensional signs, etc.)
- Basic Electrical knowledge
- Experience with face-to-face customer interactions
- Experience coordinating with outsource partners, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Project management/workflow experience
- People leadership experience
- The drive to learn and keep up with an entrepreneur
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- An ability to have fun
