The Fabrication Specialist will perform skilled manufacturing functions related to fabricating, wiring, troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing of electrical equipment.

What You Will Do:
Panel Building
Lay out, assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical panels from blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
Maintain a working knowledge of electrical certifications (UL, CE, CSA, NFPA 508A, etc.)
Perform interconnecting wiring on final equipment assembly
Troubleshoot and repair refurbished electrical equipment
Take ownership of projects from start to finish
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Electrical Degree or Certification OR 3 years equivalent experience in light industrial control panel building
Experience reading and interpret blueprints, schematics, ladder logic, production drawings and Bills of Material
Experience wiring to code
Physical Demands:
- The work is performed in a shop environment, with exposure to dust, noise, and odors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Other equipment manufacturing skillsets (examples: welding, pipefitting, construction)
SAP knowledge
PLC experience
Good verbal communication and leadership skills
Ability to work proficiently alone, or with a team, to meet project deadlines
Proficiency with electrical and shop hand tools (examples: Multimeter, drills, saws, knockouts, etc.)
Basic computer skills (examples: Internet, e-mail, Teams, etc.)
Good troubleshoot techniques
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $26.80 - $40.20. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
