JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ready to make a splash and be part of an amazing team? This role offers the perfect blend of teaching, leadership, and aquatic fun! As a Swim Instructor at the Wisconsin & Upper Michigan Division Salvation Army Kroc Center, you\'ll lead both group and private lessons, ensuring swimmers of all ages and skill levels progress and thrive in the water. Lessons are held Monday - Thursday from 4:30 pm - 6:35 pm, Thursdays from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and Saturday 9:00am - 12:00 pm . Flexible scheduling! Work as little as 1 shift a week if that fits your schedule. Swim Instructor pay rate is \$15.84/hour. An additional \$1.00/hour is paid if you also work as a certified Lifeguard. A shift differential of \$1.00 per hour is paid for all shifts worked from 4:00 pm Friday through Sunday. SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Swim Instructor will be responsible for planning and teaching group and private lessons at the Wisconsin & Upper Michigan Division Salvation Army Kroc Center.
