Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The role of a Reliability Technician is to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while safely completing the processes associated with preventive maintenance and repair of equipment in the plant. Reliability Technicians strive to provide a safe working atmosphere for all employees by ensuring equipment is in good working condition, reliable, and complies with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and repair of equipment within the plant.
Identify and use SAE versus metric sockets, including ¼, 3/8, and ½” drives and ratchets.
Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and drawings.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues such as chains, belts, pulleys, augers, load cells, pumps, and motors.
Address basic pneumatic issues, including air compressors, vacuum systems, air lines, and solenoids.
Repair instrumentation and handle basic electrical tasks, such as working with extruder instrumentation, HDMI screens, fuses, plugs, and wiring.
Understand and troubleshoot basic circuits, including resistance circuits, and measure heater band resistance.
Utilize multimeters to verify sensor functionality.
Work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Switch tasks quickly to ensure equipment reliability and production flow.
Consistently seek ways to improve quality, safety, and productivity.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Operate various types of lift trucks.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
