ONEIDA NATION Maintenance Technician in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Technician I, II, or III POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of Gaming buildings to include grounds keeping. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete work orders in a timely manner. Complete daily work logs regarding time, date, materials used using computers and hand held electronic devices. Ability to operate and maintain tools, lifts, and equipment. Establish and maintain an inventory of maintenance equipment and supplies. Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs. Deliver/assemble materials, furniture, and equipment as needed. Complete projects to include building repairs, painting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC or electrical projects. Maintain Gaming facilities exterior, roof and grounds. Complete grounds keeping, grass cutting, weed eating, landscaping, garbage removal, cleaning of ramp, entrances and lots. Remove snow from Gaming Division parking lots and sidewalks. Maintain strict departmental security, confidentiality, and quality to meet professional standards of the department. Adhere to all Tribal Personnel Policies and Procedures, Tribal Standard Operating Procedures, and Area and Program Strategic Plans and Policies.
