JOB REQUIREMENTS: Industrial Works is a Mid-Size Diversified Metals Fabrication Company located in Green Bay, WI that is experiencing growth. We are looking for a full-time Machine Operator. The Machine Operator position is a production team member that can thrive in a fast paced and safety orientated company. The Machine Operator will use various CNC machines and fabrication processes to meet a variety of customer needs and deadlines. Machine Operator Location: Green Bay, WI Wage: \$16.60 - \$30.00 Varies based on experience. Shift: 1st - 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. / 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. depending on workload. Job Type: Full-Time The essential job functions include: Assist in the operation of a Laser and Waterjet cutting table. Load assorted sheet and plate using various hoisting equipment. Monitor the operation of cutting equipment. Deburr, Drill and Tap assorted parts. Ability to use assorted measuring tools. Count, sort, label, and measure parts for accuracy. In-Process Inspection. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area. Willing to work overtime as needed. Accept other duties as assigned. This position is very active and requires a high level of motivation, dependability, reliability, and a willingness to learn new processes as they arise. Effective communication both written and verbal are critical to this position. Able to work in a team environment and independently.
