Facility Hours
Shifts are scheduled within facility hours based on operational needs.
40 hours/week
Rotating weekends
Schedules are rotating and planned weeks in advance

What You’ll Do
Welcome and engage patients to create a positive care experience
Collect vitals and patient intake information with accuracy
Support patient education and reinforce after-care instructions
Complete required documentation and forms thoroughly
Partner with providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin LPN license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

Pay Details: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour
