TWIN PILLARS HEATING AND COOLING HVAC Service Technician in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in servicing and repairing various commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, MUAs, and Split Systems, under senior technician supervision. Deliver outstanding customer service while building lasting, positive relationships with our valued clients. Perform thorough and proactive routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Learn and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with senior HVAC technicians, coworkers, and clients. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in HVAC required. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification preferred or ability to obtain. A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation are required. Excellent communication skills Must be able to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment. A basic understanding of mechanical principles and tool use is required. Must work in various environments, including standing, walking, and at heights. Experience the stability of year-round work with our reliable team. Participate in an on-call dispatch system, which may include some weekends and nights. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the location of the HVAC system. Work may be performed in cramped or awkward positions, requiring physical stamina and endurance. Exposure to extreme temperatures and hazardous materials may be possible. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Need to have 1-2+ years of experience in HVAC required.
