We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and enhance the HR function for a rapidly growing business unit in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on management, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with overall organizational goals. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of success and engagement while driving talent management, employee relations, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of human resources, including payroll, employee benefits, compensation programs, and talent acquisition efforts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on culture initiatives, organizational design, and talent strategies.
• Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, merit planning, and succession planning.
• Promote employee engagement by recommending and implementing practices that enhance morale and create a unified workplace culture.
• Design and execute comprehensive organizational development strategies to support business growth and performance goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and productivity enhancements within the HR department.
• Lead HR projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget constraints.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to HR team members to ensure growth that emphasizes attention to detail and alignment with organizational values.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Proven expertise in organizational planning, compensation structures, and performance management.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paylocity and NetSuite is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, employee relations, and training and development.
• Strong background as an HR generalist with experience across multiple HR functions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies that drive engagement and align with business priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to managing HR responsibilities.
