As Director of Sales for Associated Investment Services (AIS), you\'ll lead a talented team of Financial Advisors across multiple markets, expand our market share, and elevate our Private Wealth brand. This is a high-visibility role, working directly with our AIS CEO and bank leadership to execute a bold growth strategy. Key Accountabilities Lead and coach a high-performing team of licensed Financial Advisors to exceed sales and revenue goals. Drive growth strategies that expand our Private Wealth presence across multiple markets. Partner with bank leaders to deepen client relationships and move Mass Affluent clients into higher wealth segments. Collaborate with regional managers and bank executives to align sales campaigns, business development, and training. Champion a culture of compliance, ethics, and client-first service. Enhance brand visibility and community engagement within key markets. Integrate efforts across investments, trust, insurance, and legal to deliver holistic client solutions.
